President, Robert J. Eyer

Bob provides overall leadership and strategic vision. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Scranton. He has 38 years’ experience in the HVAC industry with an extensive background in sales, sales training, sales management, estimating, and project management.


Vice President, James Hensley - Senior Project Manager-Construction

James has 40 years’ experience in the HVAC Commercial Construction Industry. James brings his expert knowledge in the areas of estimating, budgeting, scheduling, value analysis, contract negotiation and project administration. He directly over-sees all construction projects. James holds his DPOR Tradesman License as a Master Electrician, Plumber, Gas Fitter and HVAC.


Randel L. Bryant - Service Department Manager

Randel has over 30 years in the HVAC Service Industry. Randel manages over $4 million in service contracts per year. He has 32 dedicated service technicians servicing the Hampton and Richmond areas. Randel holds his DPOR Master Tradesman License-HVAC, DPOR Backflow Prevention Licensed. Randel holds certifications with Paterson, Kelley, Lochinvar and Honeywell.


James Fazenbaker - Sales Account Executive

Jimmy has over 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry. James has an extensive background in HVAC Sales, Estimating, service and project management. Jimmy holds his DPOR Master Tradesman HVAC License. He specializes in consultative problem solving and long-term relationships with our commercial building clients.
